Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Logistics (Import/Export) to lead the day-to-day execution of international shipments and customs documentation. You will work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, compliant freight movement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in import/export operations, strong coordination with freight forwarders, and prior supervisory experience. This role includes a collaborative team environment and opportunities for process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years import/export operations experience.
• 2+ years coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers or customs brokers.
• 2+ years leading, coordinating or directing the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import/export operations, documentation and customs filings.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Ensure accuracy and retention of trade documentation (invoices, HTS codes).
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs holds.
• Ensure compliance with US customs/trade regulations (CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA).
• Develop a small team supporting shipping/receiving documentation.
• Maintain trade-compliance records for audits.
