Job summary

Courier Network Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to track Expedited and Next Flight Out shipments for the Import Division.

You will provide customer-specific updates and manage processes from shipment RFQ to final delivery, coordinating with carriers, customs, and various offices. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and 1–5 years of logistics operations experience, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or similar; 1–5 years logistics operations experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and strong organizational/time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers and origin/destination agents regarding shipment status, handling, and delivery.
• Coordinate with customs to ensure clearance is obtained.
• Monitor shipments to completion and keep customers apprised of export/import details per SOPs.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout processes using internal and external resources.
• Maintain timely communication with customers, offices, overseas and domestic providers to preserve relationships.
• Develop, update, and share SOPs for assigned customers and inform team of changes.
