Job summary

SpaceX in Texas seeks a Manager of Logistics (Global Fulfillment Network) to own inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and international transportation. You will drive end-to-end network health, cost optimization, and operational excellence across domestic and international movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated KPI frameworks and carrier performance management.
• 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of proven people management experience in logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies for inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
• Establish KPI frameworks, scorecards, and real-time reporting for network health.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, contract negotiations, and rate optimization with 3PLs/4PLs.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks and provider onboarding.
• Analyze and redesign transportation, distribution methods, and network architecture for cost efficiency.
• Define and evolve KPIs and executive dashboards for visibility into performance and costs.
• Identify cross-functional cost-reduction and process-optimization opportunities in logistics spend.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with launches and ramps.
• Ensure regulatory and trade compliance; optimize landed costs and processes.
• Develop best practices for packaging, product flow, and material handling; own annual logistics budget.
