SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Manager of Logistics to own strategy and execution of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive carrier performance, KPI methodologies, and supplier partnerships to enable cost-effective, scalable networks.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will optimize end-to-end logistics for freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects while maintaining compliance and strategic alignment with production ramps and new product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years of sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of proven people management leading logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies to optimize inbound logistics and end-to-end transportation.
• Establish and manage KPI frameworks with dashboards and real-time reporting.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, RFPs, contract negotiations, and rate optimization with 3PL/4PL partners.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks for freight, e-commerce, and projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with business goals.
• Own annual logistics budget, forecasting, and variance analysis; drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex logistics issues and implement corrective actions.
