Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years building KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years leading sourcing, negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise logistics strategies across inbound logistics and transportation.
• Manage carrier performance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting.
• Lead sourcing, RFPs, contracts, and rate optimization with 3PL/4PL partners.
• Expand global logistics networks to support freight, e-commerce, and projects.
• Redesign transportation and distribution methods for cost efficiency and service levels.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for visibility into network health and performance.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives across logistics spend and packaging.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering on launches and ramps.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customs, and Incoterms requirements.
• Document best practices for internal logistics operations and material handling.
• Prepare annual inbound/outbound logistics budget and forecasting.
