Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager of Logistics (Inbound & Capex) to own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of KPI framework development and carrier-performance programs.
• 5+ years of sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of people-management experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise logistics strategies optimizing inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and real-time reporting for network health and carrier performance.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, contracts, rate optimization, and performance governance with 3PLs and partners.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks to support freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
• Redesign transportation and distribution methods to reduce lead times and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with business objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR, C-TPAT, Incoterms) and optimize landed costs and processes.
• Develop best practices for internal logistics, packaging, and material handling across the organization.
