Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
• 5+ years of proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies optimizing inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
• Establish and manage robust carrier performance frameworks with KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting tools; leverage data analytics for improvements.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and cultivate high-performing carrier partnerships through end-to-end management of RFPs, contract negotiations, rate and tariff optimization, and governance.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks to support freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects; onboard new lanes and providers as needed.
• Analyze, model, and redesign transportation and distribution methods to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions that reduce lead times and improve service levels.
• Define and evolve KPIs and executive dashboards for real-time visibility into network health and carrier performance.
