Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager of Logistics (Global Fulfillment Network) to own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive KPI methodologies, carrier partnerships, and expansion of logistics networks to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
• 5+ years of proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies, programs, and initiatives that optimize inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance.
• Establish and manage carrier performance management frameworks, KPI design, scorecards, and real-time reporting.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage RFPs, contracts, rate optimization, and governance with 3PL/4PL partners.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks to support freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
• Analyze and redesign transportation, distribution methods, and network architecture for cost-effective, scalable solutions.
• Define and deploy KPIs and executive dashboards for real-time network visibility.
