Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years KPI frameworks and carrier performance management experience.
• 5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, partnerships.
• 5+ years people management, leading logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies and initiatives for inbound logistics and transport.
• Establish carrier performance management frameworks with KPIs and scorecards.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, contracts, and tariff optimization with 3PL/4PL providers.
• Expand global logistics networks and onboard new lanes and service providers.
• Design KPIs and dashboards for real-time network visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering on launches and ramps.
• Manage global compliance, customs, Incoterms, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual logistics budget and cost-reduction initiatives.
