Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Manager of Logistics to own inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive KPI methodologies, carrier partnerships, and end-to-end network health to support rapid growth, cost optimization, and on-time delivery across domestic and international movements.

You will lead cross-functional sourcing, negotiate contracts, design dashboards, and align logistics with production ramps and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years developing KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
• 5+ years proven people management experience leading logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies for inbound logistics and transportation.
• Establish carrier performance management frameworks with KPIs and scorecards.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and rate optimization with 3PLs.
• Expand networks to support freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
• Analyze and redesign transportation networks to reduce lead times and costs.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for visibility into network health and performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with product launches.
