Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related business discipline.
• 7+ years of related experience, with 3–5 years in progressive leadership across Operations/Supply Chain.
• Master’s degree (MBA, SCM or Engineering) preferred.
• Strong integrity, communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and operate in a matrix organization with remote teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive logistics workstreams from design to deployment with Global Supply Chain and BU leadership.
• Partner with functional leads to align, inspire, and mobilize the organization to execute the logistics workstream roadmap.
• Support feasibility analyses and timelines to optimize cost, cash, and service.
• Build governance models, project plans and risk mitigation for Global Supply Chain initiatives.
• Collaborate with financial partners and regional teams to set targets and budgets for strategic initiatives.
