Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to join the Americas Supply Chain team in a hybrid role spanning Towson MD, Valley City OH, or New Britain CT. You will forecast, plan product transitions, and drive improvements to achieve high customer fill rates.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience.
• 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Knowledge of JDA Manugistics and SAP preferred.
• Basic financial skills.
• Kinaxis and AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Middle Tier Dollar Portfolio Management.
• Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings.
• Plan new product transitions, promotional activity, and market trend analysis with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply.
• Prepare for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects to improve fill rates.
• Analyze data and report findings.
