Job summary
SpaceX in Redmond, WA, seeks a Manager of Logistics (Inbound & Capex) to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive carrier performance, KPI methodologies, and cross-functional partnerships to support rapid growth and complex projects.
Responsibilities include leading sourcing, negotiating with 3PL providers, expanding networks, reducing landed costs, and aligning logistics with product
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of KPI framework development and carrier-performance programs.
- 5+ years of sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
- 5+ years of proven people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve enterprise-wide inbound logistics strategies and initiatives.
- Establish KPI frameworks and real-time reporting tools for network health.
- Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, rate optimization, and vendor governance.
- Drive global expansion of logistics networks and new lanes/ modes.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with launches.
