Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager, Logistics (Inbound & Capex) to own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics and global transportation. You will drive KPI methodologies, carrier partnerships, and expand networks to meet aggressive growth while optimizing cost and performance.

Responsibilities include designing KPI frameworks, leading sourcing efforts, and partnering with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years KPI framework and carrier performance management experience.
• 5+ years sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of proven people management experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies for inbound and outbound movements.
• Manage carrier performance frameworks with KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and rate optimization.
• Drive global network expansion and optimize networks for cost and service.
• Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards for real-time network visibility.
• Lead cross-functional cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives.
