Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Manager of Logistics (Inbound & Capex) to own end‑to‑end inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive KPI frameworks, carrier partnerships, and RFP processes to optimize costs and performance.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to align logistics with product launches and growth initiatives, while ensuring compliance and safety across domestic and international movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of KPI framework and carrier performance management experience.
• 5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnerships.
• 5+ years of people management experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise‑wide logistics strategies for inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end‑to‑end transportation performance.
• Establish and manage carrier performance frameworks with KPI scorecards and real‑time reporting.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, contract negotiations, rate optimization, and governance with 3PL/transport partners.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks to support freight, e‑commerce, and industrial projects.
• Analyze transportation and distribution to deliver cost‑effective, scalable solutions and reduce lead times.
• Define and evolve KPI dashboards for real‑time visibility into network health and performance.
