Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks an Operations Manager to oversee Heat Seal site operations, directing inbound and outbound activities to meet service levels, profitability, and regulatory requirements. You will drive efficient workflow, safety, and quality while coaching staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of logistics or transportation experience, and a background in Supply Chain or Transportation; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years related experience; three years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred or equivalent.
• Three years of industry experience preferred.
• Forklift Driver Certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound/outbound site operations to meet customer standards and drive profitability.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support demands.
• Communicate directives and ensure safety programs are followed.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment for office and warehouse.
• Oversee administrative functions to ensure timely, compliant paperwork.
• Coach and mentor direct reports and provide development opportunities.
• Oversee the Heat Seal process and function.
