This role will provide hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations, supporting hiring across multiple sites. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining ATS.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and possesses strong communication skills, particularly in English and Mandarin. Interns will experience a supportive culture focused on making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Assist with sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Education
