Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks a Global Operations Supervisor to lead cross-border processes, dispatch activities, and customer communication across multiple countries.

Manage air and ocean shipments, DG compliance, and billing workflows to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting. The role requires 3+ years in dispatch and import/export, with DG certification and strong data/analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Dangerous Goods certification required.
• 3+ years dispatching and import/export leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Customs Broker, Importer and Customer for Import Shipments.
• Update Special Tracking and Accounting Reports for Customers.
• Book air shipments with Pilot Gateway teams and ocean shipments with carriers.
• Process DG shipments and filing of AES.
• Billing: closing out shipments timely; timely invoicing.
