Responsibilities

• Interface with Customs Broker, Importer and Customer for Import Shipments.
• Updating Special Tracking and Accounting Reports for Customers.
• Book air shipments with Pilot Gateway teams.
• Track and trace shipments and communicate issues to internal/external customers.
