Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Logistics Operation Coordinator with at least 1 year of ocean experience to manage inbound/outbound air and ocean freight for Samsung devices. The role requires coordinating shipments, monitoring performance, and ensuring on-time deliveries from manufacturers to Samsung warehouses and customers.

The candidate will plan, execute, and continually improve operations, with a five-day schedule including weekend shifts as needed, and will work in Santa Ana, CA on site.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in international air and ocean freight operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and carriers.
• Familiarity with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule air/export and ocean/import operations, including weekend shifts when required.
• Coordinate ports, terminals, and customs with carriers and brokers.
• Track shipments in real time and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Monitor KPIs for transload and dispatch to optimize cost and service.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth flow.
