Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Air & Ocean Operations) to plan, execute, and continuously improve inbound and outbound freight across air and ocean channels. You will ensure shipments move efficiently from manufacturers to Samsung warehouses and customers, requiring hands-on freight experience and strong knowledge of ocean operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years in logistics coordination with a focus on international air and ocean freight operations.
• Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• English language proficiency and willingness to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR operations, including weekend activities.
• Coordinate port and terminal operations; confirm on-time departures and manage schedules with operators and brokers.
• Monitor shipments in real time and handle documentation and POD/IOD validation.
• Oversee Transload Warehouse capacity planning and KPI management; drive corrective actions.
• Schedule and dispatch Truckload (TL) Outbound orders using TMS; optimize routing and loads.
• Serve as primary contact for logistics partners and customers; handle claims and escalations.
