Mytra Robotics is seeking a Manager, Logistics to build and lead the logistics function during rapid growth. You’ll oversee the flow of hardware from global suppliers to the Brisbane, CA site, and onward to customers, including returns and packaging systems.

You’ll collaborate with supply chain and deployment teams to align schedules and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll develop the team, define the operating model, and own execution across all material paths from day one, with responsibility for

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in international logistics operations, managing supplier-origin freight to manufacturing facilities or deployment environments.
• 1–3 years of experience building and leading logistics teams.
• Experience owning freight forwarding relationships, customs brokerage, and import/export compliance.
• Hands-on experience selecting, onboarding, and managing 3PL partners from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the logistics function end-to-end across all material paths (supplier to Brisbane, CA; Brisbane to deployment sites; supplier direct to deployment sites).
• Own inbound logistics to Brisbane from global suppliers, align freight with production schedules, manage carriers, and maintain visibility.
• Own outbound logistics from Brisbane to customer deployment sites and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage direct-ship logistics for structural components with sequencing and laydown constraints.
• Own the returnable packaging system end-to-end and scale with deployment volume.
• Select, onboard, and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and domestic carriers.
• Own import compliance: HTS classification, origin requirements, and risk management.
• Build visibility and reporting across logistics network and surface risks early.
• Develop logistics tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and accountability.
