Mytra Robotics in Brisbane, CA seeks a Staff Global Supply Manager, Contract Manufacturing to own the make-vs-buy analysis and drive scale from pilot to volume. You’ll manage CM partnerships, price frameworks, and long-term supply agreements, and present board-ready strategy to leadership.

You’ll work with engineering on DFM, lead capacity planning, and govern multi-tier supply chains, overseeing onboarding, transitions, and risk mitigation while building a world-class supplier network.

Qualificações

• 8–12+ years in strategic sourcing or contract manufacturing within hardware/robotics/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers from prototype through volume scale.
• Owned MSAs and long-term supply agreements and complex negotiations.
• Able to synthesize CM findings into executive-ready materials.
• Experience building capacity planning processes.
• Experience with multi-tier supply chain governance (VMI, consignment, sub-tier audits).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Technical fluency to discuss DFM, manufacturability, and process capability.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate global CM landscape and lead make-vs-buy analysis to inform board-level strategy.
• Prequalify CM partners through capability, financial, and strategic assessments; manage RFQs and risk evaluations.
• Build and own CM partner relationships, including executive-level engagement and QBRs.
• Own CM commercial agreements (MSAs, pricing, volume commitments, tooling and NRE terms).
• Develop should-cost models to anchor negotiations and improve total cost of ownership.
