Job summary

Mytra is redefining material movement in the supply chain with robotics and distributed software. As Manager, Logistics in Brisbane, CA, you’ll build and lead the logistics function across inbound, outbound, and return logistics, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing, and deployment teams.

You will own the end-to-end logistics, from supplier to customer sites, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and import compliance, while building strategy, processes, and tools to scale with deployment

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of international logistics operations experience.
• 1–3 years of building and leading logistics teams.
• Experience selecting and managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Experience owning returnable packaging systems and deployment logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics across supplier, Brisbane, and deployment sites.
• Coordinate inbound freight to Brisbane aligned with production schedules.
• Oversee outbound distribution to customer deployment sites.
• Manage direct-ship logistics for structural components.
• Own returnable packaging system end-to-end.
• Select and manage freight forwarders, brokers, 3PLs, and carriers.
• Ensure import compliance and HTS classification.
• Build visibility and reporting across logistics network.
• Develop logistics tools and processes for efficiency.
