Job summary

Mytra in Brisbane, CA is seeking an Associate Global Supply Manager to join our Supply Chain team. You will manage day-to-day supply chain execution for a defined portfolio of Electrical BOM items, tracking POs, lead times, delivery commitments, and supplier performance.

You will work with the Senior GSM on high-value components, build supplier relationships, and ensure supply status visibility across ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

1–3 years in procurement, supply chain, or related operational role.
Experience with hardware/manufacturing environments a plus.
Strong supplier engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supply chain execution for a defined portfolio of Electrical BOM items (POs, lead times, delivery commitments).
Support Senior GSM on high-value components (PCBAs, wire harnesses, compute modules, sensors, vision systems, controls).
Build supplier relationships through routine check-ins, track delivery and quality, escalate issues proactively.
Maintain BOM/PO data in ERP/PLM systems to keep information current and actionable.
Support RFQs, quotes comparison, and negotiations under guidance.
Identify supply risks (obsolescence, constraints, long lead times, single-source) and help develop mitigations.
Collaborate with Electrical Engineering on new components entering BOM (supplier qualification, first article/NPI).
Explore automation/AI to reduce manual work and improve visibility.
Develop commercial instincts with mentorship (should-cost modeling, pricing, supplier strategy).
