Job summary

Mytra is building an on-site Brisbane, CA production operation focused on robotic material handling. As Bot Production Lead, you will run the line, build alongside technicians, and uphold quality while meeting customer commitments.

You’ll ramp on the product with prototypes and manufacturing engineers, then scale with the team and processes. You’ll lead the floor, triage issues, and ensure adherence to SOPs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production/manufacturing build experience.
• Experience with electro-mechanical hardware, robotics, or similar assembly.
• Strong hands-on triage ability to solve on the floor and escalate when needed.
• Ability to read drawings, work instructions, and BOMs; communicate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run the production line day to day, keeping builds on track to the plan.
• Build alongside technicians, setting quality standards at every station.
• Ensure builds follow current specs and SOPs for release.
• Own first-line quality on the floor and route issues for rework.
• Serve as first point of contact for technicians and resolve daily issues.
• Collaborate with manager and NPI to plan daily cadence; grow in planning.
• Write and close tickets; document floor issues; coordinate with Engineering/Planning/QA.
• Champion safety on the floor and maintain a clean workspace.
• Help onboard/train Bot Production Technicians as the team grows.
