Mytra is hiring a Senior People Partner to join the People Team at our Brisbane, CA headquarters. You will lead performance and engagement programs, manage the HRIS, and shape policies for a fast-growing robotics environment.

You’ll partner with leaders to solve people challenges, coach managers on performance, and ensure compliance with California wage and hour rules for a mixed workforce. This is an on-site role in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner in a technical/manufacturing/robotics environment.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law, incl wage/hour for non-exempt and contingent workers.
• Sound judgment handling employee relations issues and investigations.
• Ability to own cross-functional initiatives from problem to solution.
• Clear, direct communication with employees, frontline managers and senior leaders.
• Builder mindset for creating or improving programs and policies from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own and run core People Programs from design to analysis and implementation.
• Partner with leaders and teams as a trusted advisor on people challenges.
• Own the HRIS and ensure data integrity, workflows, and self-service access.
• Develop and update HR policies to reflect business needs and legal requirements.
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations with discretion.
• Coach managers on performance management and accountability.
• Advise on compliance for a mixed workforce, focusing on California wage/hour law.
