Job summary

Mytra is building a new class of robotics-driven manufacturing solutions in Brisbane, CA. This role develops the process, equipment, and factory to scale our bots and structures, collaborating with hardware and systems teams to prototype, productionize, and deploy manufacturing solutions that meet demand.

You’ll lead DFx projects, design and deploy tooling, and help drive cost analyses while ensuring quality and process adherence across production operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing technologies (sheet metal forming, CNC milling, electromechanical assembly, injection molding).
• Experience designing, deploying, testing, and maintaining tools/fixtures in an electromechanical assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, deliver, and verify DFx projects in manufacturing.
• Design tools/fixtures in 3D and deploy to lines.
• Fabricate tools/fixtures from metals or polymers using shop tools.
• Prepare economical analysis of DFx projects for executives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and supervise workflow to meet specs.
• Occasionally build components with technicians to validate processes.
