Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role involving customer service or equivalent.
• Experience as a Logistics Service Provider Department Manager and understanding of full range of logistics services.

Responsibilities

• Becomes familiar with clients, including key contacts and requirements.
• Deploys and improves policies by guiding supervisors and staff.
• Ensure operations meet service levels and KPI targets.
• Handle highest-priority escalations and coordinate across teams.
• Lead staff meetings and coach Customer Service personnel.
• Organize operational and business review meetings with customers.
