Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures
• Familiarity with logistics processes and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients at the site level
• Directs supervisors and CS staff to meet service levels
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to achieve KPIs and targets
• Handle high-priority client escalations and communications
• Conduct staff meetings and provide guidance to staff
