Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in customer service.
• Experience as a Logistics Service Provider Department Manager preferred.
• Ability to work in warehouse environment and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships at the site level.
• Leads and coaches 10–15 customer service staff.
• Manages inbound, picking, packing, outbound processes and SOP compliance.
• Escalation point for client requests and complaints.
• Sets process improvements and budgets input.
• Coordinates cross-functional site teams and reporting.
