Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain, order management, or sales support.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from entry through final delivery.
• Process orders and changes accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with facilities, carriers and 3PLs.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, import/export documents.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Schedule deliveries with customers, warehouses and providers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Admin teams.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and MS Office to manage orders, inventory and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes.
• Support additional logistics initiatives as assigned.
