Job summary

ME Global Inc. dba ME Elecmetal is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to coordinate logistics operations and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.

This role manages inbound/outbound shipments, documentation, warehouse coordination, order processing, and delivery scheduling to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners, maintaining records and supporting process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain, order management, or sales support.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from order entry through final delivery.
• Process customer orders and changes accurately and timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and resolving logistics issues.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with manufacturing facilities, warehouses, freight carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, import, and export documentation per regulations.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule deliveries with customers, warehouses, and transportation providers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Administrative teams to meet customer requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, and other business systems to manage orders, shipping, inventory, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service efficiency.
