Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain, order management, or sales support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through final delivery and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Process orders and changes accurately and in a timely manner, responding to inquiries and resolving logistics issues.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with facilities, freight carriers, and 3PLs; prepare and manage shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, schedule deliveries, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners to meet requirements.
• Utilize SAP and MS Office to manage orders, shipping information, inventory, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service efficiency.
