Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with international shipments and customs documentation.
• Experience coordinating shipments with FedEx and other carriers.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Proven problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience with shipment tracking and issue resolution.
• Proficient data entry and meticulous documentation.
• Familiarity with dispatch, freight, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of transportation and inventory logistics.
• Administrative and clerical support experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking shipments and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage FedEx shipping labels for kit shipments.
• Schedule carrier pickups to meet timelines.
• Coordinate international shipments through customs and documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and address delays or issues.
• Investigate missing or delayed kits and root causes.
• Open cases with carriers to resolve issues.
