Based in Monroe Township, the position is hybrid with in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, US import/export knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in program/logistics/distribution/fulfillment management.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and outsourced logistics providers.
• General knowledge of US import and export shipment documentation requirements and processes.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage processes to meet Kendo’s logistics and transportation needs - domestic and international.
• Design, generate and maintain data sets and metrics to measure success.
• Partner with DC operations and vendors to optimize and manage operating practices and ensure optimal service.
• Create, communicate and monitor allocation and delivery calendars to maintain effective inbound and outbound flows.
• Drive successful implementation of key initiatives including defining goals, scope, timelines, and vendor onboarding.
• Develop partnerships with business leaders to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.
