Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a logistics professional to ensure timely cargo movement within the Transcon Department, delivering exceptional customer service and accurate data entry. You will work with a team to support domestic transportation across air, ground, and intermodal channels.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Regular hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, on-site at Expeditors facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient, timely cargo movement.
• Route shipments by profitability and customer needs.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for shipments.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Monitor shipments for key milestones and status updates.
• Use workflow tools to complete daily tasks.
• Bill customers and providers accurately and promptly.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, providers, and other teams.
