Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to oversee the global movement of goods and ensure timely, compliant shipments from our North East, PA location. This role emphasizes building strong customer and vendor relationships and coordinating with global partners to grow our business.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in international logistics, knowledge of import/export procedures, and familiarity with CargoWise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with CargoWise preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to resolve delays.
Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide updates to management on major developments.
