Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ year’s equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of International Business or Global Logistics experience.
• Computer proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications.
• Working knowledge of Log-net, RLM preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to corporate and government policies regarding International Business transactions.
• Organize and maintain foreign to foreign shipments and required documentation for international customers or licensees.
• Ensures monitoring reports are generated and reviewed timely/accurately.
• Responsible for training on various job functions within the department.
• Communicate with production, sales, credit, warehouses, and allocations on a daily basis to ensure orders are correct and shipped properly within established criteria.
• Maintain pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager.
• Maintaining pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager.
• Ensure all deliveries for Int’l accounts are tracked to destination.
• All delayed deliveries are communicated to management timely for resolution.
