Qualifications

• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shipment planning and execution for high-value, time-critical materials across networks.
• Ensures routing details, handling instructions, and docs are accurate for timely delivery.
• Communicates with clients, carriers, customs contacts, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitors shipment status and updates stakeholders for visibility and continuity of service.
• Supports development of shipment solutions aligned with customer requirements and constraints.
• Maintains shipment records and tracking information for traceability.
• Coordinates with network partners to support handoffs, milestones, and final delivery.
