MODE Global is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support the order and shipment process from entry to delivery in Columbus, OH. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within logistics or transportation is preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry, shipment tracking, and transport coordination is recommended.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.
• Comfort with data entry and learning transportation/order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipment details accurately and promptly.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor orders from entry through pickup and delivery.
• Provide customers and internal teams with timely shipment updates.
• Respond to questions about orders, shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
• Proactively communicate delays or potential issues to customers and teams.
• Research and resolve order/shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners.
• Track and trace shipments and coordinate pickups/deliveries with carriers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and update shipment data in systems.
