Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach in Tempe, AZ to monitor shipper data, coach vendors, and manage performance improvements within a dynamic logistics network. You will lead calls, review daily metrics, and drive root-cause analyses to minimize disruptions.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing transportation conditions while supporting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis
• Address transportation disruptions and barriers in real-time
• Identify root causes of transportation defects
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
• Lead daily business review stand-up calls
