Job summary

ER2 Transforming Technology Solutions is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support our Logistics team in Mesa, AZ. In this in-office role, you will coordinate pickups, liaise with clients and internal teams, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also contribute to special logistics projects as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics or related fields, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, transportation, client service, or related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating projects, schedules, shipments, or service requests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client pickups to ensure accurate logistics planning.
• Serve as primary client contact via phone, email, tickets, and ER2 Portal.
• Monitor pickup status, communicate updates, and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
• Partner with drivers, vendors, account managers, and operations teams to ensure successful pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate freight shipments and transportation requests for timely delivery.
• Maintain records in internal systems with pickup details and costs.
