Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipment information accurately and timely.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor orders from entry through pickup and delivery.
• Provide customers and internal teams with timely shipment updates.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
• Communicate proactively regarding delays, changes, or potential service issues.
• Research and resolve order and shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal partners.
