Deutsche Post DHL Group in San Francisco is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the movement of customers’ goods, perform data entry and deliver exceptional customer service. This role resides at the San Francisco DHL Global Forwarding facility.

You will prepare documents for shipping, advise on terms of delivery, and ensure invoices are accurate. Proficiency in CargoWise and MS Office is beneficial, with a focus on compliance and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Must be a US citizen.
• 1–5 years in international logistics are required.
• Experience in air freight and ocean freight services is required.
• DCSA clearance is preferred but will be processed after hire.
• Government contracts and ITAR experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic, export and import shipments to meet service commitments.
• Prepare, issue and submit documents to complete shipping process; advise on terms of delivery, payment, insurance and freight services.
• Ensure accurate invoicing within company policy timelines.
• Perform tracking, tracing and document imaging tasks.
• Provide customer service and update customer profiles.
• Data entry across multiple software systems.
