Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2+ years in Logistics / Freight forwarding preferred.
• Knowledge of Logis Air / CargoWise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure timely airline bookings on behalf of customers.
• Prepare import documentation and handle country-specific requirements.
• Create Origin Certificates, Cargo Manifests, NAFTA, AWB, ITAR, and other docs.
• File compliant entries with US customs.
• Ensure timely completion of import documents and coordinate with involved parties.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and overseas offices.
• Follow up with airline for arrival information and updates.
• Audit charges and confirm payment responsibilities.
• Keep customer profiles accurate and updated.
