Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Manager Global Logistics I to lead logistics contact center operations, delivering timely, accurate, and partner-centered support for Starbucks stores and cross-functional partners. Qualifications

• 4 years negotiating, budgeting, and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• 2 years client management / client customer care.
• 2 years implementing outsourcing strategies.
• 2 years implementing warehouse and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead contact center operations to deliver timely, accurate, and partner-centered support for stores and cross-functional stakeholders, using performance metrics, case insights, and partner feedback to monitor volume, service levels, trends, risks, and staffing needs.
• Develop and coach contact center LSRs by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, building capability, and fostering a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, service excellence, continuous improvement, and Starbucks guiding principles.
• Identifies process gaps, service barriers, and recurring contact drivers; designs and implements tools, standard operating procedures, knowledge resources, and case management practices that simplify workflows, reduce rework, strengthen support processes, and improve end-to-end service delivery in partnership with logistics, distribution, planning, technology, and retail operations teams.
