Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Manager Global Channel Development Sustainability to lead the sustainability roadmap across six global partnerships and align with enterprise commitments.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, translate evolving regulations into actionable plans, and drive high-impact initiatives to ensure compliance and license to operate while embedding sustainability into innovation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading sustainability programs in CPG, retail, or supply chain.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Brand.
• Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of regulatory topics (EPR, PPWR, Green Claims) and translating into actions.
• Experience supporting external partnerships or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability preferred.

• Develop GCD Sustainability Roadmap across six global partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Translate evolving regulations into actionable plans ensuring compliance.
• Lead US EPR workstreams and shape scalable solutions.
• Advise product owners to embed sustainability into innovation.
