Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Logistics Operations to drive best practices across its global network. The role will lead a team, optimize planning and execution, and improve end-to-end shipping performance from multiple origins to US and international destinations.

The candidate will manage international transportation, EDI activity, and port-of-entry coordination, while aligning with finance, production, and sourcing. A hybrid Greensboro, NC schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in international transportation with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidivisional operations and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short/long-term logistics strategies.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive end-to-end service improvements.
• Lead a team of 4+ reports and build a high-performance logistics function.
• Ensure timely clearance and release of containers; manage EDI transmissions.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and suppliers to optimize operations.
