The role leads freight operations, carrier management, and supply chain risk mitigation while coordinating with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and external providers to improve service reliability and control freight spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with logistics management experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs, and export processes.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international freight operations and logistics strategy.
• Develop and implement transportation network design and inventory flow improvements.
• Manage third‑party logistics providers and carrier negotiations.
• Oversee budget, cost control, and KPI reporting for logistics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across DOT, customs, and trade requirements.
• Coach and develop logistics staff and cross‑functional teams.
